15 years of professional experience, of which 10 years in one of the largest law firms in Poland, where for over 6 years I was a team manager responsible for advising the largest entrepreneurs in the region, including companies with American, Japanese, French and Swedish capital. . I deal with business criminal law and day-to-day legal services for large entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of (i) labor law, (ii) commercial law and intellectual property, (iii) contracts in business transactions, (iv) court disputes and personal data protection.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław and of English Philology and postgraduate studies in the field of sworn translations at the same university.

13 years of professional experience, including comprehensive and ongoing legal services for large companies. I specialize in business criminal law (the so-called business crimes), including matters related to personal safety of managing staff and compliance, in particular in: (i) building and managing reporting systems for whistleblowers, (ii) conducting internal investigations, (iii) implementing anti-corruption policies and (iv) requirements related to anti-money laundering and financing terrorism (AML / CFT).
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław and the Approved Compliance Officer (ACO) (Institute of Compliance).
